The edge of the bed
is the place where the spread
of the legs and the thighs
invites to what lies
between on the edge,
like a wafer and wedge,
where I hope I can squeeze
if she's isn't a tease.

If she is, I'll make do
with the thrill of the view
of what lies in between,
which I wouldn't have seen
if she hadn't have spread,
on the edge of the bed,
which is central for sex,
both her thighs and her legs.
